Clarendon  - Artist Studio

Working for a private client based in Linlithgow, we designed managed the delivery of a new artists studio loft overlooking the canal in Linlithgow

Clad in black brick and Scottish larch the project nestles alongside the union canal

Thornly Park
​

BRAE Property were commissioned to undertake a complete renovation and extension to an existing 1920's property in Renfrewshire. The Property was completed, adding 2 new bedrooms, a new living area and landscaped garden and was sold immediately upon completion.

Preston Park

Complete internal restoration, fit out, and extension of existing bungalow to create a new 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house within a quiet 'cul de sac' within Linlithgow.

BRAE Property were commissioned to undertake a complete renovation, interior design, fit out and rebranding of a tired coffee shop in the west of Glasgow. We worked with the client to obtain alcohol licence and carried out a full design, consultancy and site management role
